"I have lived here at Cedarwood Apartments for almost 18 years I have never had any problems management is great. The manager will work with you. If you have any troubles maintenance takes care of anything that needs to be handled immediately they take pride of their property a lot of the other comments on here is referring to the apartments that is behind Cedarwood Apartments on the same street so don’t get those confused with Cedarwood Apartments. At the end of Cedarwood Drive, there is another set of apartments a lot gets confused with these apartments."

"I couldn't imagine this place getting worse, but since volunteer properties took over. That definitely happened! Even the property manager has agreed that somehow I'm paying $250 extra dollars on my rent, yet she still can't take it off and I'm still forced to pay it, while I'm also in an apartment that my contract was switched on."

"Manager barges into the apartment, and lied to get us evicted. Said my dogs were running around without a leash even though I was home with them and had them in there kennel the whole morning. I understand us being late on the last half of the pet deposit, but the lying to get rid of us was super petty thanks for taking $400, and that's not even the rent."
