"I've seen a noticeable decline while living here for the last 6 months. Biggest issue is the noise, upstairs and next to each unit. The model shown doesn't represent the noise from above or next door, once you sign the lease and move in , it's a nightmare. Constant stomping above, dogs barking and thin walls. You can smell the constant use of Marijuana from other units. The other thing that is unusual is people rarely leave their apartments, there is minimal parking all of the time and if you don't mind having door dings from cars that appear to be wrecked then you'll be fine. Fortunately we are leaving soon, but be very careful before you sign a lease. The property was recently sold, again, so the rents will probably go up to offset that purchase and it may change some of the "demo" ."

"considering they haven't been here long there's gonna be some issues in sure they're trying to workout. But i got an apartment tour the guide was really nice all staff have been really sweet. hopefully this works out for me but if not they seem to do whatever the can to be respectful and helpful."

"My best friend lives here and I can’t wait until their lease is up so they can leave. They have to sleep in her car just to get some peace. They are in school and work overnight. The apartment and police are very much aware and won’t do anything about it. Neither has the BBB. I don’t even live there and it’s terrible. No one should have to compromise their living situation especially for the price they pay! The fews times i’ve come over, trash is everywhere. It’s really sad."

"NEVER MOVE HERE!!! We’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this apartment since I moved here in August. We live on the second floor and my upstairs neighbors are constantly bumping and stomping around. We’ve contacted the police and office multiple times and all they’ve done is offer to move us to a different apartment, we shouldn’t have to move because of my neighbors actions. The walls are also paper thin, so you can hear everything. The concrete floors outside are all stained and people don’t pick up after there dogs either. The “Trash” Fairy service just walks past my trash all the time and I have countless doorbell camera videos of them complaining about picking up trash. I feel like moving here was the worst decision we’ve ever made and I wish we could move from here without the consequences of breaking our lease."

"I have been in my apartment for 3 months. I love my apartment but I honestly wish that I could uproot it and move it somewhere else. I was a but tuned off day one after receiving my keys. I moved from out of state and when I arrived I never got a tour and my apartment was not move in ready at the time that I was given. Expanding the parking lot or assigning parking should definitely be considered. Parking is very limited. It's really unfortunate for tenants that have one vehicle vs those who have multiples because we never have anywhere to park. Its not a secured gated community although it looks that way online you can walk along the sidewalk and go to any ones apartment. The walls are paper thin, you hear everything. The people above me sound like they are running a relay or wrestling everyday and its starts early. The hallways are filthy. There is vomit near the stairwell that has been there since October and people are constantly spitting on the concrete in the halls. Tenants are consistently putting their trash out without placing them in their trash bin which stains the concrete. The trash pickup company picks and chooses when they will collect your broke down boxes. Boxes have been left outside my door on Several occasions including today. If I am paying for a service that I cannot opt out of I should never have to load my car up with trash/boxes and take them to the dumpster. I work from home and the internet service is always in and out another thing that you can't opt out of. Again I love my apartment, it's beautiful but outside of that so far the only positive is the maintenance crew. They are really nice, informative and take care of things promptly."
