"My experience at Avalon was nothing but the best! It became a "home" and not just an apartment to me. I met so many friends and never had any issues with my apartment, storage area, or other residents. I was there for 2 years and the management team, between the Hollys and Norm, always responded to every need, were friendly, responsive and I would consider them friends. A special thanks to Holly Hume! Avalon is a great community and perfect location for Nashville."

"I have had nothing but positive interactions since moving in! All the other residents love to make small talk in the hallways or at the dog park. I’m excited about the events that the office team has planned as well! The location is 15 minutes from my work while also being 15 minutes from downtown Nashville. I’m very happy with choosing Avalon as my place to call home!"

"Our apartment was fine and served it’s purpose for our transition to Nashville. Now that we have gotten to know the area, I would not personally classify The Avalon as “luxury” for the prices they charge when compared to other options in the same price category. It is a convenient location. The location and maintenance technician are the reason I’m giving 3 stars rather than 1. Norm does a fantastic job with maintenance requests and keeps the pool area really nice. Any request we made for maintenance, he was on it immediately. He is personable, usually has a smile and is willing to help any way he can at any given moment! The best! As for the management team, Holly B. who is no longer there, was amazing. She was personable and honest even in the most difficult circumstances. The first interaction I had with Nathaniel is when he called me to ask if we would be moving out any faster than the end of the month our lease ended. When asked if there would be any benefit to us for this, the answer was no. We later learned he was taking over our apartment. Holly Hume has lacked professionalism, integrity and competence in our interactions with her and the remaining office staff.
