"I’m a single woman and I couldn't have chosen a better place to live on my own for the first time. I’ve lived here for 4 months now and I always feel safe, I never hear my next door neighbors and it’s a quiet location yet still near everything. The only thing is you can hear your upstairs/downstairs neighbors sometimes (walking and talking) but Ive gotten used to the footsteps and it’s not all the time. I like the amenities too but one of the treadmills in the gym is down right now, wish they would fix that and also add a stair climber! Other than little things like that, I’ve loved my experience so far. The staff is also very friendly and attentive."

"I moved out in June 2023 and have yet to receive my full deposit. Management has changed and I was hopeful to get this sorted out a couple months ago yet battling same issue. When living here there were many car break ins, squatters threatening to shoot, main doors of both buildings having lock issues, and also lights not working in back parking lot. I currently know a few people living there are they will also not be resigning their lease. I do NOT recommend this apartment at all if you are looking for something safe. Management also is tough to work with but I cannot speak for new management aside from the current deposit issue I am facing. I will be filling a Better Business Bureau report as this has been going on for far too long. Every call is the same exact conversation."

"We went in today and Savanna was very nice and helpful. She has only been working here for a month but she is super nice and friendly. We would not think we would fill out the application today BUT we did applied after spending an hour with Savanna. She was very patient with us the whole time even when it was past 4pm closing time. I am very shocked to see so many bad reviews about the management. She took care of a maintenance request while working with us- multitasking -very impressive."

"My experience living here has not been great. Shortly after moving in, I developed chronic bronchitis due to black mold in my apartment, specifically stemming from my bathroom sink. Despite weeks of pleading with the office, they only replaced my faucet. A few months later, my neighbor’s apartment flooded, leading to black mold growth in the hallways, which went unaddressed for over a month. On top of that, the hallways are infested with cockroaches. This complex seems indifferent to people smoking in their apartments, resulting in persistent cigarette and weed odors in the hallways. If not that, the hallways smell like sewage. Additionally, car break-ins/ vehicles being stolen are a weekly occurrence, and getting access to camera footage for investigations requires a subpoena. Irresponsible pet owners neglect to clean up after their dogs. My dog has gotten sick multiple times from this. Considering all these issues, the rent is exorbitant for the quality of living. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for housing as rent here is overpriced for what you get."

"Lived here for four years and within those four years there were 4 different "community managers" all of them were so rude and thought they were above everybody. Esp. Johanna and Reese. I had to go to the president of the company because of how they treated and talked down to me. Tabitha was so sweet and nice and helped me. (The president) This apt has gone down hill. I would tell you to not move here. Save your money. It's not luxury AT ALL. Everything would always be out of service ie: the call box and door would never lock, pool would always be closed, poop bags would never be replenished (my dog got sick multiple times from all the poop on the property) work orders were never done in a timely manner. It would sometimes take months for something to be done. Car break ins would happen and there would be security cameras and nothing was done... by getting a security person to drive around at night etc. This should not be called "luxury living" so far from it. Good luck if you move there."
