Hilton Garden Inn Nashville/Brentwood

"I will give it to them, it's a older but nice Hotel. I came down for training for a company I work. As far as the food and staff that attended to us around meals was very good. I noticed the bedding was not changed out in my room. I make it a habit to mark the bedding in order to see if they are changing them. So unfortunately they were not, I called down to front desk where I was talked over and brushed off by a gentleman. It was late and he reluctantly offered to have someone come and change the bedding. I said no they should have been changed earlier! Not only should they have been changed earlier, some type of management should be over seeing and checking things in housekeeping. Would I visit this Hotel again? If I had a choice it definitely would be a NO!"

"I was recently a guest at an event at the Hilton Garden Inn in Brentwood and it was amazing!! The lobby area is so welcoming! I love all the great spots to hang out and work as well. We had a nice continental breakfast that was delicious! If you need a place to stay and/or work - check them out!"

"We have stayed at this hotel many times and we visit often as our son lives there; so we stay at this hotel about every 6-8 weeks. We stayed there during Christmas, Dec. 22-26, 2023. We were very disappointed as this hotel has been our favorite in the area. First of all, when we entered the room and pulled the bedding coverings back, we could tell a dog/cat had been laying on the spread as there were dark dog type hairs everywhere! The young man that was working the front desk was VERY apologetic and brought us clean bedding immediately, so I would give him a 5 star. He also brought us waters and snacks. Also, I have noticed over the past several years, the cleanliness of this hotel has been lacking. The bathroom (bottom of showers) are gross and they are not keeping up the maintenance of the caulk work around the bottom of the shower - and it makes it feel unclean! Also, we had asked for our room to be cleaned daily. On Christmas Day, they came in and cleaned the bathroom and did not makeup our bed - so another terrible day of cleaning! They are not cleaning these rooms to Hilton standards! This is VERY disappointing and when we left this last stay; we said the next time we are up, we will likely pick a different property as it is lacking. One morning, which if I recall was Christmas Day, I called the front desk to make sure they would bring us more towels - and no answer and tried again and no answer. I went to the front desk as we were staying on the first floor and I found the front desk, young lady, at the restaurant chatting with the cook and the waitress! There were other people looking for help as well. There should always be someone at the front desk unless they are in an office where they can tell someone is needing something at the front desk. The staff at this hotel has always been top—notch but none of the employees there from Dec. 22-26 were the regular employees. These employees need to be put through a training program on how to take care of the guests and hospitality. This stay was VERY disappointing."

"One of the best 3 star hotels we have stayed in. Joshua who checked us in was fantastic and followed up to make sure our room was to our satisfaction. The room was very clean, comfortable, and the shower was great. The only complaint I have is the breakfast, 13 dollars for the same standard of food we get from complimentary breakfast at other hotels. But other than that, we will be back."

"Excellent accommodations! Room was exceptionally clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We were so impressed by the staff and their pleasant attitudes from housekeeping to the restaurant breakfast staff, all team members appeared to enjoy their jobs. We had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to visiting again!"
