"This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in for a variety of reasons, buckle in, this place is a trip. Number 1. The construction they have going on? The lobby is down to the studs, so very dusty right? Hard to breath for someone with asthma yeah but what they don't tell you? The air is so heavy with dust even on the SEVENTH floor that most the time I couldnt breathe. Turning on the air helped some, but I'm a small person so it also made this winter stay very very chilly. Turning on the shower helped some. That brings us to number two; The shower was the only good part about this room, I expected tasteful with red accents, the room was hideous, with some super fake super plastic fiber looking textured wall behind the bed. Number three, the coupons for a free breakfast they give everyone upon check in right now to make up for the construction? We only ever used one because the breakfast is absolute trash. The only good thing in there was the yogurt and I forgot that in the fridge that shuts itself off every two hours on a timer and so I couldn't eat it. The sandwich is somehow soggy and a brick at the same time, the cheese is so fake it instantly melts off when you put it in the microwave, the muffins are about the size of a ping pong ball and look like smashed up crumbs. And number four! A two for one, the area shuttle never runs and it costs more than 50 dollars to get a ride to anywhere from this hotel, and no, no one is ever going to pick up the phone when you call guest services to ask about the shuttle. This was the most expensive and LEAST WORTH IT hotel I've ever been to. P.S. the shampoo and conditioner and such is secured to the wall. No collecting travel sizes from these greedy hotels."
"Under construction. Renovations were done cheap and it's noticeable. No microwave. No tub. Bathroom was not clean upon arrival. Hard to find the light switch. Limited TV channels. No curig. Over priced given all of the above."
"I booked the 2 double bed room for 5 days and honestly the time here was so peaceful and relaxing (apart from the work, obviously). Even though the hotel was undergoing renovation I did not experience disturbance at any point of time. The folks at the reception and the house keeping people were all super responsive, helpful and pleasant to talk to. The room itself was quite spacious along with a big bathroom and bath tub. The room had a dedicated work station (which I barely used but still), a giant TV and ample space for your luggage. All in all, a good experience. If I come back to Brentwood for work, I’ll choose to stay at Four Points again."
"Hotel was undergoing renovations when I visited so the pool was closed which was a bummer for the kids. Room was nice and shower was nice and hot. Giving four stars instead of five because breakfast was terrible. You buy a little box for $10+ that has a cold little sandwich inside with a yogurt and something else. You have to heat your sandwich yourself on a microwave. You'll be better off grabbing breakfast somewhere else. Everything was good except for the breakfast choices."
"The newly renovated rooms are gorgeous, clean and modern. But they are *so loud* -- you can hear _everything_ going on next door, the space under the doors is huge so you hear everything in the halls, and the door closers are all set to the "slam" setting. My smart watch was concerned by how many times I was waking up every night -- terrible sleep. On the plus side, the forest view room had a great view of the fall colors. I don't want to say anything bad about the place because the staff were honestly amazing, positive and going above and beyond, even while their entire lobby was torn up. Check in advance if the pool and gym is open, if that's important to you, they're closed for renovation, but if it's going to be as clean and beautiful as the rooms, worth waiting for!"
