"Where to begin, came to work in Nashville for two weeks, previous stayed in a lower class establishment and was treated well. My company upgraded to this dump. Breakfast was good and amenities were also good. The problems began the last four days of my stay, was in a 1st floor suite. The carpet in the hallways is worn out, faded and discolored. It snowed on the 1st day i arrived, the sidewalks were never shoveled, rock salt was put down 2 days after it snowed, on snow covered walks. The room above mine, had nightly wrestling matches or dance completions till 2 or 3 am every night for the last few days of my stay. I contacted the front desk multiple times, on multiple nights complaining about the noise. No one from the front desk ever went up to discuss the issue with the other "guests". How do i know, because the third time of each night, i asked what had been done and the response was. Well I called, what else do you want me to do. I would not stay at this location."
"Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but there were a few areas that could be improved upon. Firstly, I would like to address the check-in process. Despite calling ahead to inform the front desk that we were on our way and hoping to expedite the process, it still took approximately 25 minutes to check in. After a long day of wrestling, we were eager to settle into our rooms as quickly as possible. It would be beneficial if the check-in process could be streamlined to minimize waiting times for guests. On a positive note, I must commend the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. The cleanliness standards were impeccable, and the ample space provided a comfortable environment for our stay. Additionally, the hotel lobby was well-maintained and presented a pleasant atmosphere. However, I must express my disappointment with the breakfast options. While the breakfast served was acceptable, I have experienced better options at other hotels such as Holiday Inn Express and Suites and Hampton Inn. It would be advantageous to consider expanding the breakfast menu to offer a wider variety of choices, ensuring a more satisfying start to the day for your guests. I would like to highlight that the location of the hotel was convenient, and the parking lot was easily accessible. These factors contributed positively to our overall experience. In conclusion, I appreciate the efforts made by your staff to maintain cleanliness and provide a comfortable stay. However, I believe there is room for improvement in the check-in process, breakfast options, and perhaps exploring ways to enhance the overall guest experience. "Summary: nice place with trigger happy fire alarms Stopped here on our way south, enjoyed it and booked it for our drive back. I’m writing this review as I stand in the lobby while the fire alarms have been going off for over an hour. Overheard the fire fighter say this was an alarm malfunction as it happened the night before as well. Super unfortunate. As far as the rooms and breakfast, it’s great! Just be cautious of a malfunctioning fire alarm that will give you and your family hours of quality time together at 1:00 am."
"The room we had was showing its age. Cabinets were broken or nearly broken, toilet felt loose. We typically travel with 6, so it's not uncommon for us to ask for extra towels, but our housekeeping service only restocked us with the bare minimum, and we had to ask for extra towels again. There were a couple of discarded tissues that were missed underneath the pullout sofa as well. Seems like to me housekeeping wasn't paying a ton of attention to detail. This location was close to a lot without having to be near the hustle of the city. Couple of minutes away from the freeway, and close to several dining options in the area. The common areas of the hotel were well kept up, and we enjoyed breakfast, and one night there was a surprise reception to us, which was quite nice as well. Ample parking throughout."
"Staying here was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, with twenty years of international travel experience included in that. We came to attend a graduation a few months ago, was awoken at 3 AM for a fire alarm, so we all evacuated - very fair, glad the system is working, but the sprinklers went off and SOAKED the entire right wing of the second floor. Did they move people to other rooms? Or compensate for the damage? No, they did not do either of those things. Instead, they rented industrial fans the next day and ran them day and night, refusing, again, to compensate or move anyone. We asked for the fans to at least get cut at night, since they were incredibly loud and we couldn't sleep, to which they replied - absolutely not, that would worsen the water damage. At some point I'd had enough, went to ask to move or compensate us (again), to which the staff at the front desk replied with some choice expletives that really let me know how he felt about my stay. I cannot recommend this place any less - there are plenty of other accommodations in the area that are comparable in cost and hopefully staffed by far kinder and more understanding people. Update: After reading some of the other reviews, I just wanted to go ahead and clarify - the staff will refer you repeatedly to a manager who never shows up and doesn't answer his phone... Or any messages... Called during business hours, checked by the desk during business hours, and never saw this manager. Again, could not recommend less. Reply to the owner: This occurred in May 2023 - I am confident this occurred at your facility, I've got the bill and recognize the facade where I stood outside as the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. If you look at reviews from that time period, you'll see others that reported the same experience. The time to rectify the situation was months ago, I just wanted to let others know about this experience."
