"I told the staff upon check in, that I leave reviews. Sonya, the desk clerk that checked us in is the standard for customer service. She was warm and kind and friendly. While I'll admit we hit it off from the start, she went above and beyond. She upgraded our room to bring us closer to family staying in another room. This act of service meant all the world to my wife and I. The maids were kind, greeting us each time they saw us. The other desk staff were so helpful. Because of the staff at this location, I have switched my loyalty program from another chain to Courtyard. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. I hope the General Manager rewards her for her customer service skills. She deserves it! We have family in Brentwood, this hotel is my choice to stay at when we visit."

"Stayed here for some personal business for a couple of days. Would definitely stay again. Had two rooms, one handicapped accessible. Check in was smooth. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the multiple entrances so you could enter by your room. Plenty of parking and handicapped parking. Easy walking distance to everything from coffee to fancy restaurants."

"This is probably on the bottom 10% of Courtyards i have stayed in. Dirty dated rooms and hallway carpets- one old elevator in the very back of the property- doors are stuck shut and need to be adjusted- one would expect for a Brentwood (one or the richest areas in America) that it would be a little nicer. On the plus side the staff was kind and breakfast was delicious."
