"The apartment managers are never in the office at the time that they give on the door. They have chanced payment methods and still get it wrong on the account. We have renters insurance but they keep charging us for it. Even when showing the proof of it. The dog park is a joke, because there is so much poo at the park. We are paying too much for nothing"

"Since moving into this property in October 2023, I have received superb customer service. My maintenance concerns are always addressed in a quick and timely fashion. I love the convenience of handling everything via my online portal (bill pay, balances owed, maintenance requests, etc) The apartment space is spacious, and the unit was clean upon move-in. The area is quiet. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at this property. The application process was easy and quick to complete!"

"Been living at this apartment for a year and 6 months and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. It’s located in a peaceful area with all your essential needs just minutes away. The management staff is very helpful and maintenance are very prompt in making any repairs."

"To whomever this may help, I moved here from Chicago, and In April of 2024, it will make two years that myself and my child have been living at Gramercy East Apartments. As a first time renter, I’m being completely honest based off my personal experience living here. I understand that rent may be affordable to some, and others may have to question, but on my own personal behalf, management HAVE TO make me feel comfortable to live up to the cost! However, and to make a long story short when I first moved in, my living conditions were UNBELIEVABLE AND UNLIVABLE! Management was HORRIBLE!! Communication was even worse, and the overall complex was a FOOL! I’m a very professional and respectful young woman but once I’m disrespected and told that I’ll basically have to live with my first time move in conditions, where I’m investing my hard earn money into … I went into flames and instantly contacted corporate. After that, I didn’t have any other major problems aside from dealing with like 4 or 5 different community mangers within one year that also told me personally, that their job is “TOO MUCH”. Anywho, both renovated and non renovated(classic) units are beautiful if proper maintenance and such, is fully completed. Neighbors are respectful and quiet for the most part. Parking, and the playground for kids, the leasing office, and amenities etc, are all very well kept. Ms Terri took over in November of 2023, and I must say coming in and instantly filling major gaps from previous management failures, I applaud her! I’ve already seen MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS handled very professionally. On the other hand, and for the record, the complex holds both pros and cons, but just be sure to read over your lease to its entirety and make sure you understand all agreements. I hope this helps! "Living here isn't too bad, it's mostly quite around here. We do have a few nights where someone is playing loud music. We've changed like 5 property managers since we've lived here. Hopefully this new one is good and stays. Always keep your receipts and have copies though. Their system is not the greatest. Maintenance isn't bad, they usually get it done within that week depending on how busy they are."
