This property IS an overpriced SLUM Maintenance is a joke they ride around the property on a golf cart together If they have to actually WORK they harass tenants Every Winter the water is shut off at least 3 times with no notice.... You won't be able to cook flush toilets or shower They go on service calls together and kill days doing one job There are hardly any requests that need 2 techs... Front gate NEVER works When we first moved in the make ready was the worst I've ever seen Maintenance doesn't announce themselves as MAINTENANCE UPON KNOCKING No name tags or anything to identify themselves The grounds keeper NEVER UPKEEPS the property I always see her leaving notes on doors or changing air filters is she a tech or ground keeper It seems she runs the property and very poorly I've also seen her harass the tenants and kids in complex Construction materials are just stoll about near dumpster its a mess back there Duck poop is ALWAYS on the ground around the pond When it rains it floods all the hand rails are loose And you mus always see the groubdket have a ring camera they will enter your apartment Ive caught them TWICE doing this These apartments are 1300 and up STAY AWAY"

"I stayed here for a few years. I was mislead from the front office that certain things would be fixed after moving in due to the original apartment having an infestation. Management changed and I spoke with Amanda and she did not honor it. Was rude about it too. Anyway it was an outdated apartment, so things were falling apartment, the carpet definitely wasn’t new. Rent kept going up with no renovations. Then there were issues with roaches and mice, which I’ve never experienced. The rodents and the fact that they entered my apartment and made it a handicap apartment without asking me anything / or telling me they were even coming was the last straw. And on top of that it was just really sloppy repairs from leaks and all over the duration I was there. When I left they tried to charge me for old countertops that were scratched up when I moved in and an old carpet that’s been there for 4 years. Anyway I moved and left all that behind me but renters beware. I don’t deal with any of that at the new complex"

"AVOID! THIS COMMUNITY IT IS A HIGH DOLLAR HOUSING PROJECT! MY DAUGHTER RELOCATING BACK FROM ATLANTA per the pictures & the last minute look at apartment they gave me before her arrival this apartment is an eye sore ! Neighbors have piles of debris on patio her apartment infestation of roaches apartment was supposed to be a new renovation was not! Outside wasn't clean bugs spider webs and dirt .TERRIBLE!"
