"DO NOT STAY HERE!! the check in staff was very rude. they requested for a cash deposit to be paid because we had a larger dog. then after we were ready to check out we were refused our money back. the beds were squeaky and our bathroom was not cleaned well and under the seat there was dried pee. there was no bags in trash cans. the continental free breakfast was not worth it that’s why it was free. there was stains in our room and holes in the bed frame that had been ripped. the dresser was broken and drawers didn’t close properly. the air conditioner sounded like it was broken. you can hear everyone around you through the walls in your rooms. floors creak and thought we were about to fall through. If i had the lady’s name that checked us in, i would name her. Have a good day!"

"Room is falling apart,sink knobs gross, smoke detector just chirped all night, elevator makes a horrible sound. THE PILLOWS, ARE VERY SMALL, cheap and uncomfortable.. you think these hotel corporations, would inspect there properties and do some improvements!!!!"

"Had crews working in Memphis and stayed at this location. After 5 nights ,and asking multiple times for new towels and to have the rooms cleaned I visited the front desk. I asked the staff if we could get the rooms cleaned and they said it couldn’t be done until after we checked out. I then asked for new towels for my crews and was simply told no because they didn’t have any. I was then informed that the manager had got involved and informed all staff not to extend our stay. Hands down the most useless staff I have ever had dealings with. Highly recommend staying somewhere else."

"The building is nice and new except for the locker room smells in the hallways. The room was nice, clean and cool when we checked in. Asked for a couple extra pillows since we only 3 for the two of us. Front desk attendee said she would check the housekeeping room across the room from ours. Since the rooms were both located at the end of the hall, so I figured I would take the woofers for potty break while I watched for her to hit the HK stash. But after a solid 30min I got nothing? So I dropped the woofs off in the room and went to get some coffee. When I reached the coffee stand next to the front desk the attendee said she couldn't find any extra pillows....? Well, that's because ya gotta look for them....? So to sum it all up Building is good and for the most part clean. But the staff is very lazy and won't fulfill requests unless forced. As well I watched a staff member walk over to the buffet and pull out a chunk of bacon with theirs hands and not tongs. Didn't know the breakfast buffet was for employees too....? But good to know!! I won't be eating at any la quinta's anytime soon. So if you like a minimalist effort with your stay... then this is the place for you! Best of luck...."
