Comfort Inn Horn Lake - Southaven

"Morning shift manager is so rude we stayed there for 2 weeks+ and came back for two days and she tried to charge us $100 for a damage fee and wouldn't show us the damage we payed on hopper app and they didn't give us no cash back but credit $90 and we spent $160+... & I asked the lady is they hiring. She said the worker was out on sick. And if I clean the room she'll see about hiring me. And if not dont worry about getting hired. Gm or company need to be on that. And we we're in room 301 also people doing stuff smoking weed in non smoking room arguing fighting and more reported nothing happened! Just look good. Bad workers. Except the grown men. They 100% do there best. The supposedly manager cleaning rooms is rude and not a customer service person. Rate 0 your company sucks! Also we cooked in the room. Didn't smoke. That's all."

"Had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The representative was very friendly and quick with getting me checked in. The place was nice and clean. The popcorn was a very good plus. Keep up the good work.."

"Wonderful service at the front desk and very supportive. The room was dirty, I had to use a couple towels to wash the floors. Linens were clean. Pillows are the size of throw pillows. Breakfast was ok."

"The ladies at the front desk were pleasant, helpful and understanding. Initial room was terrible. I turned the A/C off, came back 30 mins later and the smell of a dead animal was sickening. The second room (which was right next to it) wasn't much better. The cleanliness was completely unacceptable throughout the building. My wife saw this bug as soon as we got off the elevator. Again, the desk clerk didn't hesitate to take responsibility and make things as right as possible. Buy that was it.."
