They made the process less stressful by making sure I had all documents and money orders. Ebony is a great leasing agent and Theresa is a great manager. I would recommend this location to anyone. "Beware. Bait and switch. I applied for a unit. Got approved. I had to continue to reach out. Finally got someone. Asked to finalize everything. Went to sign the lease online and they had switched the unit from 1200 sq to 970 sq ft. Didn’t tell me. Nothing. Said mine was gone now. I asked for a refund and now they say 40 days. Took 40 secs to take my $230 bucks. Now I’m down that while looking for another place to move. Read your lease!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Still waiting for my refund. Update- 3/4/2024…..Still waiting for my refund. No response from office."
