"Beware. Bait and switch. I applied for a unit. Got approved. I had to continue to reach out. Finally got someone. Asked to finalize everything. Went to sign the lease online and they had switched the unit from 1200 sq to 970 sq ft. Didn’t tell me. Nothing. Said mine was gone now. I asked for a refund and now they say 40 days. Took 40 secs to take my $230 bucks. Now I’m down that while looking for another place to move. Read your lease!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Still waiting for my refund. Update- 3/4/2024…..Still waiting for my refund. No response from office."

This place is for you! 2 and 3 bedroom single story units! 2 parking spaces at your front door! Hardwood floors! Vaulted ceilings! Private patios! And you will LOVE the management! Therese Williams will do whatever is possible to make sure your living there is the best it can be. Great maintenance staff sees to any problems and the lawns are well maintained. This is the place to be in Horn Lake or the Southaven area! I’ve lived here 10 years so I know for a fact that you will be happy here!"

"I came in to visit the office and the fragrance was definitely pleasant. I do see new faces in the leasing office but all very pleasant. I enjoyed the refreshments, the leasing information and the tour. Im glad she explained the difference in pricing renovated and non renovated l could tell they wanted to make sure i understood to lease! I am going to give them a try! My first apartment!"
