"I was going to another place and was super unhappy with the service and they couldn't get my designs right and would up the price last minute and would always cut me. So I decided to try this place the person who did my nails was Peter. He was very polite and very nice. I only had to show him a picture of what I wanted once and he did it perfectly. And I didn't get cut once. I am extremely satisfied with how my nails turned out. I have found my new favorite spot!!"

"I went to this salon a while back and had good service so I went back a couple days ago. The salon was somewhat clean. The technician used dirty tools for my pedicure and I had to ask for clean tools. She continued to want to use the obviously USED mail file. She also used a half an orange to “clean” my feet and legs. Weird. I asked for French polish in my toes. They polish is crooked and looks silly. Then for my manicure. I recently removed my acrylics and just wanted a manicure. Truly needed cuticle trim. As you can see my nails weren’t filed properly, cuticles not completely trimmed. I just needed to get out of there. $78 later I escaped. I will NEVER go back! Definitely not what it used to be."

"Went for the 1st time today, it was a Sunday so it was busy but the workers were doing their best to get to everyone. Cindy did my nails she was very sweet and understanding of what I wanted she was patient too. I love the way my nails turned out its hard to find someone who does them well. I saw some of the other clients nails too and they looked great."

"Took my daughter to Niki Nails to get a Full set and Pedicure for her Birthday. She went in with a photo of what she wanted her nails to look like and asked for the cost (because she only had cash she told the how much money she had with her) they refused to tell her the cost upfront. Once they were halfway done they told her the cost for the service (which was $35 more than she brought with her). To make matters worse the sloppy, unprofessional finished product wasn't anything close to the example she provided. The French tips are inconsistent and uneven, the rhinestones are not in the right place and the shape of the nails is not what was requested. Needless to say we could have spent that $$$ somewhere else where more attention to detail would be provided. On a bright note she enjoyed her Pedicure, and she was happy with the job done on her feet."
