"I went for a pedicure the owner lady was very nice and she took the time to really get in ingrown toe out. She was very kind and chatty. Really my only problem is the cleanliness of this place. As I sat there wrapping up my pedicure another lady comes next to my seat to clean out the pedicure bowl. I saw her clean it with only hand soap and an old raggedy sponge I was appalled but nothing I could do anymore as I had already gotten the pedicure done. I just hoped that I wouldn’t catch anything. As soon as I got home I washed my feet in alcohol and then soap and hot water."

"I came for a manicure and a SOAK off. it was the most painful manicure I have ever endured. What is meant to be a relaxing experience was the exact opposite. I came and asked for a soak off he (Ron) ripped all of my nails off my nail beds were bleeding and very sore. I expressed to him many times that it was painful. He didn’t care. Then he was working on my cuticles. He is VERY ROUGH it was so unpleasant i can not express how rough he is with my hands. He was working on my thumb cuticle and ripped it off very fast and hard and my cuticle was bleeding down my finger. He tried fixing it with nail glue and liquid but it wouldn’t stop. Then I expressed to him I don’t like glitter and he pressured me into getting glitter. Do not come here, very unsanitary as well."
