"I called ahead and requested a same day appointment appointment with Heather. When I arrived, there was only one other customer. A woman began filling the foot bath and I am still waiting for Heather to appear. Needless to ay, there was no Heather on the premises. I stayed as a courtesy to the person (not Heather) since it was not her fault that the owner had had been deceitful. I also paid extra for callous removal but it also was a marginal effort. Searching for a new pedicurist. Any recommendations?"

"Clean. Fast. Kind. Affordable. There were three people in our party, two female gel manicures and one male pedicure. We called in advance for a same-day appointment. When we arrived, the place was empty and so we were seen right away. There were three staff members who were all immediately available, but I couldn't decide on a gel color so I ended up waiting for someone who came in after us. Both manicures were done by Tammy who was very sweet and had great attention to detail. Our total bill was $85 for all three people, plus tips. They asked if we could pay entirely in cash, which I understand from a small business perspective, but we were still able to pay with card upon insisting (still cash only for tips). I almost never have my nails done because of my work, but I could see myself returning here for a special occasion."

"I have challenging feet for a pedicure and this salon had been doing a good job until the last couple of times. I had to go to my doctor to ask about some things such as nail trauma from how my nails were cut and today I discovered some tender areas on my lower leg that I believe were caused by the rough massage you get. I have no proof but it's safe to say I will have to go elsewhere."

"Lovely Nails is deserving of a 5 star rating but sometimes those are overlooked as too perfect. I was able to get in on my lunch break for a manicure and Tina did a fabulous job with a new set of gel nails and some snowflakes with a a small bedazzled crystal. They look so good, ready for Christmas. Thank you Tina and Paul #2 ❤️"
