"I had a haircut to Ulta Beauty and my stylist that was assigned is Ms. Sullivan. Look at what she did to my hair. Far from the model picture(left picture) to my after hair cut(right picture). It's a disaster! I will never get my hair cut there again. EVER!!!"
"My 16 year old daughter went in for a curly haircut with Kenya. It wasn’t a curly haircut. She didn’t take into account any of the curl shrinkage and pretty much chopped her hair off 5-6 inches when my daughter asked for 1-2 inches off. Didn’t asked if that length was ok and pretty much pulled her hair straight and cut! I’m no expert but that’s not a curly haircut if you do that! My daughter was able to stop her from over cutting her bangs just in time and saved those but never going back. We’ve going there for curly haircuts and never had a problem until now. Where is Rocky B?! Just beware if you are looking for a curly haircut."
