"Poor quality, poor customer service, over priced. Would not recommend to anyone and will not return."

"I went here yesterday after being frustrated with ESTA nails service (read review). I needed to have some synthetic nails removed and wanted a gel manicure. I got the pleasure of having Moon help me. Due to the synthetic nails one of my finger nails broke way down in the nail bed and it was very painful. Moon used a harder layer of gel on that nail to make sure it stayed in place while it grows out with my new polish, I can't feel it or see it. Not only that, but on the same hand on a different finger one of the synthetic nails had fallen off and it ripped my natural nail with it, that nail was really short. Moon went out of her way to make sure my manicure looked great by adding a piece of plastic nail to my own so that the lengths would match. I have never experienced that before, past services have always just applied the polish directly over the short broken nail. I felt that Moon went above and beyond by giving me an enhanced nail look. After all that is why you get your nails done. I am very pleased and will be returning to her for future manicures. I rated this place four stars only because they need a price sheet. I didn't not find the prices to be outrageous, they matched similar locations I have frequented, but it would be nice to see what other services are available. Also, Vivian has great energy and they are very hospitable asking if we wanted water."

"No integrity and terrible service! I came in today for 2 fills and pedicure. I asked the woman if they had time to service my mom and I and the woman replied yes. She started with my mom’s pedicure and was insistent she get gel after we repeatedly told her no. An hour into the pedicure, she had still not started on my fill when a group of 8 came into the shop for pedicures. At this point she turned to me and said “I don’t have time for your fills, can you come back tomorrow or later today?” Not only did she make me waste an hour of my day but she did not end up helping me and I left extremely disappointed. Safe to say I will not be returning."

"I called to make an appointment for 1pm, they did not start my nails till past 2pm. Originally, I wanted gel French on my toes and hands. Given they started an hour late I opted for simple. They kept pushing gel onto me and I kept saying no. I was getting annoyed because I new I would come back and get gel French when I had more time. the polish on my toes is trash. When she finished I said it’s fine I’ll come back for my nails another time as I have reservations at the wineries. She kept insisting she could finish by 3pm? And I said okay but only acrylic, no color and I’ll come back and get the French tip added another day. I asked her to put regular clear nail polish and she kept insisting on gel and I kept saying no. I was getting so annoyed and she was communicating in a different language about me, and something about not wanting gel. Idk exactly what was said but i was tired of telling her no and I was in a rush. The nails are all different lengths, and when I told her she charged me a different amount then the prices on paper she said I had to pay extra for gel etc. so frustrating because the price wasn’t worth the work. I also witness them taking advantage of an elderly lady next to me. She tipped the girl $5 and they kept asking where the tip for the other girl was. You can tell the lady wanted to leave. They kept asking her again, the lady pulls a $10 out and ask for change. They give her two $5s, so she gives her one and is putting the rest of her money away and the girl again is pushing for more money, REACHES IVER and grabs the other $5 from her HANDS and takes it the elder lady looks puzzled and just leaves. So incredibly entitled & unprofessional"

"Went in one night to get one nail fix and Julie helped me out. Although it was late she still took care of me. Then told me to come back Monday for my fill. Glad I did. I met Sue and she did an amazing job shaping my nails and the design is just like I requested. Sue was professional and took her time. I really appreciated the fact that my appointment was not rushed and she made sure I was satisfied. She was sweet and polite throughout the entire service. I will absolutely be back to see Sue again.
