"I went and got a gel pedicure and once i got home i realized that they weren’t fully cured. No big deal, i went back today and got them redone and asked for them to be cured longer, i was told it won’t make a difference so i said okay and moved on. Now that im home, they’ve done the same thing and peeled up due to not being fully cured."

Took twice as long as it should’ve because she kept talking on her phone reserving table and chairs for a friend. Also stopping to send money to another employee for an airline ticket. Constantly stopping to talk to other employees. Totally disregard for the customer in front of her. Won’t go back."

"Every single one of my fingers has a cut! I had to ask her to even my nails out because they were crooked and the gel paint is just sloppy. For how expensive it was and for me to walk out with so many cuts is just very disappointing."

"Recently, I've noticed some changes at Swans Nails in Menifee, CA, that have left me somewhat disappointed. First, there's been a noticeable increase in prices, which has caught my attention. While I understand that businesses need to adapt, it's been somewhat disheartening to see the impact on my wallet. Additionally, there seems to be a stronger expectation for tips among the staff. While I'm all for rewarding good service, it sometimes feels like an obligatory gesture rather than a genuine expression of gratitude. What really struck me, though, is the inconsistency in service, particularly when my partner and I order the same services. We used to count on Swans Nails to provide a consistent and enjoyable experience for our entire family. Unfortunately, this hasn't been the case lately. The staff's attention to detail seems to have slipped, and it's disheartening to see a decline in the quality of service we once held in high regard. It's unfortunate to witness this recent decline in what used to be our go-to nail salon. We've decided to explore other options that provide a more reliable and consistent experience. I hope that Swans Nails can address these issues and regain the level of service that initially made us loyal customers."

"Never have I paid so much and gotten so little. Basic mani/pedi = $45. No, as in absolutely not one moment of, massage on hand or legs. My chair was completely broken so my back was sunken in. Terrible cuticle work (see photos). My nails were uneven and rough so I had to e-file when I got home. 2 stars because the lady who worked with me was very nice."
