"I had to get insurance right away because DMV sent me a letter that my registration was going to get suspended. I called Upgrade insurance and spoke to Denisse she not only found me the lowest price in my area but she took care of the DMV suspension letter for me all I had to do is send her a copy . I was so relieved, the process was so easy and fast I was dreading to get my policy but had I know she was going to make it so easy I would’ve called earlier Thank you Upgrade Insurance… I recommend Denisse she’s very clear ,quick ,and knowledgeable"

"Look elsewhere.. I had a better relationship with my agent I started with 3 years back. But once he left and they lined me up with my new agent “Victor” it was downhill from there. Insurance rate went up and the communication was not professional, always quick to hang up. He’d rather hear himself talk and tell you what he thinks is best for you rather than work with you and keep a mutual base. Called to cancel my policy and he was upset about that and yup you guessed it quick to hang up haha. Just a fair warning to anyone looking into this. There’s better options, trust!!"

"This insurance company was great for my first 6 month policy. After that idk what happened. The agents are rude and honestly feel like I’m being extorted by them. I recently paid $400 to start my 3rd new policy in which was to include 1st month and down payment. Now my policy is cancelled before my due date. When I made payment on my policy I was told I was all good till the next month. Now, I should have checked my mail cause they mailed it to me. I call to ask question on purpose to ensure I’m up to date. This incident I’ve Called in regards to multiple times with no response until my 4/5 attempt. I get a call a week and half later. Let me include that this is not the first time this has happened to me in the 2 years I’ve been insured w/them. Honestly you’re better off paying someone else for your business."

"Upgrade Insurance is amazing,I found them through Yelp. I had Anthony as my agent and he was great. My driving record isn't the greatest so that made my insurance cost very high, too high to afford especially since I have a 2018 Challenger. I shopped around at other companies and they were all going to cost me an arm and a leg. So when I called and spoke to Anthony, I was very pleased with all the effort he put. He worked really hard & took his time to get me great insurance at an affordable rate. He was very professional, friendly & had great customer service, he wasn't in it for just the sale but to really attend to my insurance needs. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family."
