"I'm an Uber driver and I had a customer who had to run into the dollar general so I pulled up to the door. There was a guy in a rental depot truck that pulled violently around me. As he was getting out of the truck he was cussing and complaining that I had stopped by the front. As he was coming back out of the store and back to the truck he was still saying stuff and cussing. Yes, I know that it's a fire lane but my rider was only going to be a few minutes. The fact that HE parked there too doesn't make it right for him to be talking like that to the point that he could be heard. I WILL NEVER shop at this place."

"We love this place. They have good quality merchandise for the home. They also rent out some tablets, laptops and phones. The merchandise is reasonably priced, compared to other rental merchants that I have reviewed. They are lieniant on late payments from time to time, if needed. The staff are friendly and eager to help with any questions that you may have. They accept weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payment schedules. They accept debit card payments over the phone and cash, credit, or debit cards, in the store."

"I went in to rental Depot on may 19th and made a payment on my TV. While I was doing that there employee took a personal call, I told him I wanted to make a monthly payment and he took my card and I signed a receipt and thought my bill was payed. That was on a Friday and by Monday they called me wanting payment left it on my voicemail and the next voicemail from them said,they were going to repo my TV. And I had proof I payed with my card."

"All their stuff is full of roaches. Their workers are pretty rude when you fall on hard times and ask for an extention. Terry especially. I never had that problem when I dealt with David or with Jared from Alcoa. Only one person I even remotely like at the broadway store and that's Carl. All I can say is if you want your stuff to not have roaches in it you better make them bring you brand new stuff still wrapped in the plastic. You don't believe me ask anyone that's been in their stores that they haven't paid to say nice things about them. I watched roaches crawl across the counter as one of them was making a sandwich. I mean come on. They told me the fridge I got was barely used and it had only been used for a cooking show. Bull crap. It was dented bad on one side and inside the seals of the doors, guess what, dead roaches everywhere. I'm over it. They try and screw you over on your payments too. I'll never deal with the broadway store again. I'll go to Alcoa before I will EVER deal with a smart aleck like Terry again."
