"Long and short some people trying to help you and you think they are trying to help you but no they are trying to get all types of info to try and scam you ..and other people call you saying they are from the insurance company that they are going to tow your car for free and this is a totally fraudulent organization their are to many people involved and I got scammed then they are asking $1000 to release my car I ended calling the police to get my car released I made a report to the police commission be careful with a tow truck with the name AUTO EXPRESS and a flat bead truck with no name older wite fellers part of the scam"

The staff is quite friendly & tries to "go the extra mile" to help its customers (which is appreciated).
