"DO NOT STAY HERE! I repeat, DO NOT STAY HERE!!! My car was broken into right in front of the entrance of the hotel. A black woman with a red wig was on for the overnight shift on 2/9/2024-2/10/2024. My vehicle was literally in plain view of the front check in desk yet no one seen or heard anything. I stayed here on a Friday night into Saturday morning and was suppose to stay until Sunday 2/11/2024. . Better believe I would never come back!! I came out to see that someone had shattered my sunroof, rummaged through my car and dismantled my alarm trying to take it. Staff didn’t call any managers when asked and did not accommodate me. Instead when leaving the black bald head man with glasses on the day shift of 2/10/2024 wanted to give me a lecture about my service dog after deciding to check out. I called the cops, filed a report and the cop asked for video footage from the hotel but of course they didn’t have any! Don’t stay here!!!"

"Stayed here on business. Melanie was excellent at check in and was very accommodating. The room was very clean and breakfast was good. This morning I needed a late check out and Robert was very gracious to give it to me. That allowed me to get some office work done before I flew back home. Overall the experience was superb."

"I usually stay at the Hilton when I need a hotel but none were available for my dates so I decided to stay with the Marriott. I’ve never stayed at the Marriott before so I decided to give it a try, probably one of my worst mistakes ever. The location is tucked away and all the hotels there seem to be Marriott. Front desk staff were okay, they were chatting it up before helping me and it took me about 5 minutes to get checked in. One of the longest check-ins I’ve ever had with any hotel. A couple were fighting outside the hotel. $200/night for the room, $100 non-refundable pet deposit totaling $300 for a horrible experience. Pros: Great location to feeling safe Close to main highways Full refrigerator They provide soap and sponge Cons: Room was dirty Outlets were missing Bathroom smelled very bad Towels were stained and dirty Found a ladybug inside my bed! You can hear your neighbors Beds were not comfortable Bathroom drain did not drain! Toilet paper dispenser is falling off the wall! No outlets in the bathroom! The cons were way too overbearing to even consider that the pros were even pros. This hotel is so rundown and dirty and gave no peace of mind. For $200 a night, you get an Econolodge room and people slamming doors throughout the night. I will never ever stay at a Marriott ever again. I should’ve just drove further down until I found a Hilton. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this Marriott or any at that."

"The front desk and breakfast teams were both professional and pleasant. The location was perfect for shopping and dining. The hotel’s location was great due to the fact that it was right off the expressway but tucked away from the main street. The room was spacious and up to date. However, once you entered the elevator the hotel was filthy which canceled out all of the above."
