"HORRIBLE customer service from the front desk personnel! Hotel is filled with the smells of peppermint and @$$! Online pictures are very misleading. Just not a clean place for anyone to be! We left maybe 30 minutes after check in due to multiple issues, and the incompetent front desk lady. Comfort suites down the street is where to be!!!!"

"Looks cute online, the carpet had really weird and sticky stains and it wasn't clean. We ended up leaving about an hour after we checked in and booked a room somewhere else. Has a potential to be super cute, but it was gross and needed to be cleaned."

"I initially wrote something about my service animal. Yes it was wrong and very illegal of them. But I am not the person who would ever do anything to anyone. We decided to come back and give them another try. I really appreciate Jackie and Suchmi I think that's how you spell her name. The young man is also nice. For the most part it's pretty quiet. Thats another reason I keep coming back here."

"Hotel staff are polite and always willing to answer any questions that you may have. Prices are fair and the rooms are always clean and well-maintained. Complimentary breakfast is a plus, and dining area is clean. Never had a problem with loud guests. 10/10 it's a safe area as well."

"The place was overall decent. First the check in process was pleasurable and the lady was very nice. The room was decent size and overall clean. Plenty of water pressure out of the shower and the water was hot. Air Conditioner was old and noisy but worked and did the job. The bed was comfortable however I brought my own bedding due to the thin sheets and worn out look. Bathroom definitely could have been cleaned better as some grime and spots where visible. Carpet was the worst part as you could tell it was dirty as all get and had probably never been cleaned. Various holes in the wall had been patched up fast and cheaply. Office chair didn't stay in one position and constantly went down when you sat in it. Overall decent experience , would I pay the amount asked per night however no. The rooms unfortunately are in disarray and need to be revamped and cleaned deeply."
