Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Memphis Southaven 7149 Sleepy Hollow Drive, Southaven, MS 38671

"Not the worst hotel tbh. Decently priced. Location is good, next to the interesate. Parking is pretty bad. Seems like everyone congregates to one side. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Staff is nice and welcoming. The bad. Ac never shuts off. It's either on or on fan mode which made it infuriating during the cold. The heat would be on and it would warm up to temp. But then it would kick on the fan which would rapidly cool the room. There was no way of adjusting this. And being here for 2 weeks made it extremely obnoxious trying to sleep in 15° weather. The lights are extremely dim. I couldn't see anything without having to turn on my phones flashlight, even with all the lamps on. I felt I was stuck is some horrid scary movie where everything was annoyingly dimly lit. Who lives like this? Quit being so cheap and opt for something higher than 15 watts. I'm not partial to sinks being separate from the bathroom but that's just personal preference."

"Do NOT stay here. I am a gold Marriott member and I arrived at 10pm very tired ready for my room when they said they had sold it… after I had booked it in advance. The worst part, after trying to reach out to the manager, she simply ignored me. No compensation at all"

"We stayed here on our way home. Completely adequate for what we needed. Prices can fluctuate to the higher side, but the rooms were adequately clean, no bed bugs or other issues. Would stay again."

"First off find a different hotel pure trash I stayed at this location for nine days nine days with no television has to be transferred to a different room they were booked up the shower would hold about 6 in of water every time you would get into it. It took 4 days to get someone to come take care of the draining issue room with service one time and nine days and didn't even change towels was so dirty I went and bought towels from Walmart across the street then why I made a complaint with bonvoy the manager told them I was lying and no resolution from either party"

"I gave the hotel a 5 star because it is exactly what it says that it is. The breakfast has a good spread for anyone, and you get big rooms! The internet is a little spotty, but it was storming when we went through. It is located in a booming town, so the traffic is pretty rough. This also means that you can find some good food though."
