"First off, this business has been "going out of buisness" for over a year now. In July I bought a couch and loveseat there. Just wasn't overall happy with there service. Here it is only a few months later and my furniture is falling apart. Over a thousand dollars out the window."
"Today i had a VERY disturbing encounter with the employee in the store. The incident occurred aprox 3pm. My family purchased a couch set in sept and yet has received the loveseat to the set!!!! We call and call leave messages and noone answers or returns a call. I went in today to inquire what is going on. I admit I may have not responded in the best way I could have, the employee was WAY out of line by the way he acted and spoke to me. He yelled, threatened me said the most off the wall things and from my perspective had very aggressive body language towards me. He refused to tell me how to contact the owner or answers the questions i had in a clear fashion. I hope whomever the owner is now AND people of the Gallatin community takes my warning DO NOT give this company your business. This is NOT the type of interactions that is good for the community."
"Bought a $3000 couch from there, and it was delivered broken and a cushion wasn't stitched properly, so it's coming undone. This happened in August,and I have been given the run around since then. This is by far the worst furniture store I have ever dealt with."
"Just moved here from out-of-state and while my spouse and I were driving around our new town, we came across this mattress and furniture store and decided to check them out. The customer service was great and the staff was able to help us with much needed furniture at a great price! We found a mattress, box spring, bed frame, and a couch! They were friendly and made us feel welcome in our new town and Josh also gave us some great recommendations on eatery! Legacy also provided a delivery service through a third party which wasn’t delivered at the original time frame as told; however, once we received our order the delivery service used was great and apologetic for the delay in our delivery, which helped make up for the delay! We couldn’t be more happy with our purchase and we appreciate the great service from Josh and the other staff!"
