"Buying appliances can be a headache most the time, but our experience with the store manager, Brandon, when we bought our washer and dryer was a breeze. He went above and beyond to make sure it was wrapped in plastic since it was raining outside and helped load it on the truck to make sure we were all set when leaving the store highly suggest going to electronic express in Gallatin!"

"Worst experience I’ve had in an appliance store. Went to get pricing for a new refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. 1 person to help. Specialist gets the list of what we want and says she will put together a quote for all of them and text it to me that evening. Evening goes by no text. I call the store the following day thinking maybe she keyed in my number wrong. She’s off that day but the person I spoke with said he sent her a text and she would get back to me. 4 days go by and I’ve still heard nothing. I wouldn’t buy batteries from this place given the lack of customer service."

"Absolutely disgusting how your company and employees preyed and mislead tornado victims needing chargers to reach family members. We came in injured straight from getting hit by the storm needing portable chargers and the associate helping us ASSURED us they would be fully charged and we needed to purchase one each. 2 chargers and $75 later we leave and attempt to use the chargers, one of which had 13% and one had 4% battery. Pretty useless to us when we didnt have power for 3 days to recharge the portable batteries. Im mainly upset that we were promised they would be fully charged when purchased and needed most."

"I recently bought a new dishwasher from Electronic Express. The lady who helped us was fantastic. However, when it came time to install my dishwasher it did not go well. The installers said they didn't have the right hose to install the dishwasher, then the electrical of the dishwasher kept tripping the breaker. At that point the installers tried to convince me it was my breaker that was bad(in a brand new house). They wanted to leave my new dishwasher, not working, in the house and told me to call an electrician. I asked them to remove the new dishwasher, take it back, and then put in the old one again. When the old one was put in the electricity worked fine. I then came up with a plan to make the new dishwasher work by plugging it a different way. It then worked. Once they left I fixed all their problems myself by going to Lowes and doing it right. Then everything worked great. Small damage was done to my cabinets as well but I overlooked it. I really love purchasing items from Electronics Express. However, if it needs installation I would shop elsewhere."

"Thank you Brandon Mcderman for helping me buy my new stove and microwave You are a amazing sale person. Sales people like you are what makes me love to shop . And the two guys that installed my range arrived on time were very nice and respectful and did a great job . Even though My husband could not cut the oven on the man I called for help was great too . So it was a all around great experience. I will definitely be going back for all my purchases but it is because of the great employees they made it such a great experience because of them I'll be going back ."
