"The employees at check out are very kind and are always there to help. However please look into your employees dress code. Sagging pants aren't professional at all."
"Employees are rude. They don't like to assist you on the self scanners. Sometimes way to busy to shop. Maybe it's just the luck of my day. But whenever I am in the store. I always run in to my old probation officer. Haven't had her in nearly 4 years now. I am currently not even on probation. She still tries to make me feel like I am still in trouble. So i think i need to stay away from there. Hendersonville location aint that far away."
"Zero stars. Do not order on line delivery. You don't get your order and they refuse to refund your money when you don't receive everything you ordered. Tried multiple avenues starting with the chat on the app, to customer service reps on the phone and then actual store. They stole $100 from me by me not getting everything I ordered and not giving my money back. If I stole, I would be arrested. Online seemed like a good alternative than going to the store sick. Never again. Thieves and they don't care because they are too big a corporation. And good luck getting anyone at the store to answer the phone or to actually come talk to you while you're in the store trying to resolve this issue. They do not care."
"They re-organized isles over entire store. This is extremely inconvenient for customers as we have to re-learn it all over again! (Have a bad habit doing this every few years.) What's with all new fancy displays? This store was cramped and limited enough without adding to it! Only good was new self-check registers they added throughout the store so you get out quicker."
