"Lowes in Gallatin will give you a delivery date but it will not be delivered on that date. When I called I was told it probably didn’t get assembled. That’s not my problem. If they give a delivery day make sure it’s ready. Really put out with Lowe’s. Now to see if they make the new date. I think 10 days is a little long for a 12 mile delivery and item was at the store when purchased."

"Worst experience ever. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Reserved a trencher online 5 days before needing. Got to store and they said the trencher was not rentable and was in maintenance. The guy rented it to me anyway. The thing didn’t work. Went to return it and they said I need to park it in a very small spot. I couldn’t do it and asked for them to put it back. Went inside to complete rental and the lady tried to charge me for 24 hours when I only had it for 4 hours. She said that Lowes doesn’t rent for 4 hours. Then they claimed I didn’t put gas back in it and i didn’t clean it which was a lie. Then I got a customer satisfaction survey and left a bad survey and the store manager is ticked off I left a bad survey. Now they say they won’t rent equipment to me. All because their ignorance."

"I come to this Lowe’s a lot since I started renovating my house and Debbie is such a good cashier! She is always smiling and welcoming. She’s also always cleaning her card reader and keeps her register so clean and sanitized. I always leave in a good mood even though I spend a fortune here. If you end up seeing her just say hi, you won’t regret it."

"I bought a Maytag appliance at the Gallatin location. It broke within 90 days. I had an extended warranty I had purchased with the washer as well. The service company took 2 weeks to show up the first time. They said it was fixed and it was broken again within 15 minutes of them leaving the house. This happened twice!! The repair company that they use is a joke. The name is” W Service” the whirlpool corporation. They are awful to deal with. Zero customer service skills.i asked for a manager at lowes to speak with and was told he was on a conference call and I couldn’t have an email or phone number for him. The two assistant managers were as bright as chimpanzee's and absolutely zero help. I’m leaving Lowe's for good after this one. Just shocked at how bad my experience has been."

"DO NOT BUY CARPET INSTALLATION FROM THESE PEOPLE! The first installer walked out on the job. It took them most of the day to find a replacement. We paid to have furniture moved. We ended up moving 2/3 of it. What remained, the installers refused to remove. At first, they acted like they didn't speak English so I translated what we were asking via Google, printed it and gave it to them. They read it and ignored it. When asked: "Why?", the just shrugged. The installer’s office said you could stretch the carpet with the furniture on top of it and just slid the furniture aside (and not back by the way). At no time did they use a real carpet stretcher -- just a knee kick. (Below is a picture of one of three seams that are already cresting or buckling within a day of install.) We were told that they would protect our new hardwood floors. They did not. We were told that they would replace all tack strip. They did not. When they don't deliver, you have to call an 800 call center. They have to call the Installer Shop. The Installer Shop has to call the installers. You get it! This is how the buck is passed. We built and/or remodeled 4 homes and have never seen such apathy from a company nor tradesmen! The worst experience we have had by far! UPDATE: The service center says the subcontractor has to fix it, but the subcontractor is refusing Lowe’s request to fix it. In between. Contract is with Lowe’s. Waiting to see if they step up!"
