"This place is sketchy and not worth anyone’s time I bought a used car and the previous owner swore by this place and made him pay registration fees and it was 1400 dollars super expensive and I still haven’t received any calls or my registration sounds retarded but I guess tgts what I am for believing any other place than the dmv is the only place to get these documents don’t get scammed most reviews are fake"

"Went here for a smog check. Quick, efficient, professional service. Short wait prior to and during actual servicing. While I was waiting, Ahmed (Dr. DMV) personally went to my window to inform me of how much longer my wait is. Transparent & communicative. Provided me a thorough Smog Check Vehicle Inspection Report and guaranteed an automatic transmission of results to the DMV. Will be coming here again. Highly recommend!"

"If I could give them zero stars I would. First, I called ahead to ask about the wait and they told me ten minutes. I get there and try to park and go in and they tell me I have to get in my car and go through the drivethrough. So I do. There are exactly two people ahead of me, one whose car is getting smogged and one in front of the window. The first guy leaves after 10 minutes and I pull up to the window only to BE IGNORED FOR 70 MINUTES. They didn't check me in, they didn't tell me what the wait time would be. About 30 minutes in they said they would "be right there." Twenty minutes later they said, "10 more minutes." And during this entire time, the only employee was telling her entire life story to the customer she was helping. I could hear everything through the drive through window and she was literally just standing there talking and not actually doing anything! For an hour! At some point, the phone rang with another customer calling to ask about their hours and she was rolling her eyes, making faces at the person like they were stupid. When she FINALLY got around to helping me, she told me I needed a different kind of smog test which she could have told me 70 minutes before if there had been any kind of check-in policy at all. And by that time all of the other places were closed. If you value your time at all, go somewhere else. The literal DMV is faster than this place. This place is more expensive and worse."
