"Leaving a negative review as the guy who answered the phone on 9/7/20223 around 2pm cursed at me under his breath when hanging up the phone simply because I asked about a coupon. When calling back to confront the behavior he answered and said "This is a business stop calling. If you a have problem pull up". He's right it is a business which is exactly why he should not speak like that. Bottom line is that technician is a loose cannon with terrible customer service skills. ***Update was able to speak with the owner Armen who assured me he would handle the situation with the employee in question."
