"In light of the most recent review before mine, I feel as though I should weigh in. It was said that the employee, Herbie, doesn't listen. While that may be his perspective, my impression has been very different. Let me start by saying that I interact with Bearden Decorating fairly often. As a local builder, I deal with many local vendors in the area. When I say that Herbie is one of the kindest and most professional staff members I've done business with, I truly mean it. I honestly look forward to working with him any time I need to reach out to B.D. I realize that others may have different experiences, but speaking from my own, Herbie is hands down an amazing resource and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you, Herbie. Keep up the great work."

"I am a big fan of Benjamin Moore paints (not their stain!) and I have picked up my paint at this Bearden center many times over the course 0f 15 years & enjoyed Herbie's positive attitude. However, the past year or so, I have found he just does not listen, and last week, when he was pushing the bath and spa paint, I tried to explain why I didnt care for the Bath & Spa paint (which has been on my bathroom walls for several years& did not want it again), he just kept cutting me off mid sentence and interjecting details and practically insisting that its the best option. Here's the thing, when you are using a dark navy colored paint, the bath and spa looks chalky/dusty and rough in just a short time, it doesnt show water marks but it shows everything else, maybe its best with light paint, but with Navy, no it is not. However, I couldn't finish my sentences uninterrupted. Then the paint that was mixed (not bath/spa) wasnt even the color I requested & unfortunately I didnt notice until I got home, so I had to make another trip to get that corrected. Due to my experiences there lately, I will drive further to try another Benjamin Moore dealer. Or maybe I should try Sherwin Williams water based paint now."

"Benjamin Moore has to be the best paint products I've ever used. In addition to great products the staff at this location is extraordinary. Every time I have brought a sample for the to match to touch up paint they have been able to match it. Everyone else I've ever taken samples to gets close and then tells me that I'll have to paint the entire wall. Sometimes that is not practical. I will use this place every time for my painting needs!"
