While the counter staff was friendly and approachable, their services are overpriced, and technicians and/or cleaners unnecessarily went through compartments in my vehicle and "lost" my registration paperwork. Utilize caution if you use this service center."

"If you bought a warranty when you purchased your vehicle. Make sure you call the warranty (ally) to make sure they cover car issues. They don’t call- they say it’s not covered and charge you because they only get paid a % on the car repair from (ally). Don’t get played."

"Pulled into the service lanes to drop off my vehicle for an oil change and tires rotation, waited 27 minutes before I decided to reverse and leave. During the 27 minutes I waited, not a single person approached me to acknowledge, not even to say hi. Everyone just kept walking around avoiding to make eye contact with me. One employee ask another employee if it was my vehicle’s turn to be checked in and the guy responded “I don’t care” and move onto vehicles that came after me."
