"Company Truck purchased from them. Charged me for a 4 pack of tire gauge sensors (for all 4 tires) and replaced just one of them for over $300.. Less than 6 month later the other 3 go bad. It is recommended to replace all of them at once and they charged me for the parts but never installed them. Never will a purchase another car or trust their service again"

"I paid for a break pad replacement on my 2021 f250 and they milled the rotors and put the old pads back on. What a joke. Truck is back in on warranty work and I've been lied to every time I call to check on progress, it's been 2 weeks for a 6 hour repair. This place is extremely incompetent and will never use them again. And do not recommend for anything."

"Took my 2020 Raptor here for a regular maintenance service and realized that my paint had been chipped on the font hood. First few times visiting went great, however this last time it was not. It happened here because the chip had car grease in between as if they dropped a tool on it or something. After my service agent spoke with corporate and the service manager. All they could offer me was a touch up kit. This is ridiculous and now cannot rely on bringing it back here. Will be looking to file a personal claim to ford directly from my end."
