"Horrible service, these people glued the windshield to a part that must be removed when replacing my battery. So when I went to auto zone the staff was not able to get access to it. The only way was to force the part out, which cracked the glass. When I went back to complain, they denied everything. I should've done my research on them. If you go to them, check your vehicle before leaving the location."

"I wouldn't suggest coming here. They left our window half-ass. My husband and I came here for a price check and it was 5$ cheaper than the place down the street but you get what you pay for. We were told they had our window and so they proceeded to take apart the car door, after 15 mins of taking the door apart, they left the car to do another car without advising us of what the progress was on our car. My husband went to ask about 10 mins after waiting for them to do anything and they said they had to ORDER the window. Mind you, there was no wait when we came in. It was only us and another car that was finished in no time. After FIVE cars were fixed and ready, they finally had our window which was about 2 and a half hours later. They purposefully took apart our door in order to keep us from going anywhere else. Absolutely ludicrous experience. Completely took from our day when they could've easily told the truth about not having the window. They also left out some screws. Very half-ass job. DO NOT COME HERE."
