"I want to bring my car in for a service to the dtla Audi service center. So I call multiple times and each time and am on hold forever and just give up. I decide to call the Beverly Hills Audi service center they answer right away and it’s easy to schedule an appointment. Not sure how the actual service is here but long hold times are a bad omen: bh location is great."
"BEWARE: Their Google Maps hours are incorrect. I just showed up at 7am on Saturday to closed doors and an empty service center although their hours state an opening time of 7am on Saturday. I rode a scooter across town to pick up my car, but now I’m sitting outside in the cold waiting for someone to show up. Overall, it’s a dealership service center…so let’s be realistic. They just want to upsell you on overpriced services and products or guilt you into thinking only Audi knows how to change oil. They’ll do the bare minimum, about as slowly as possible but at-least they can get it done. I’ve come here 4 times for various service issues with my Audi and all 4 times I’ve been denied a loaner vehicles because they’re apparently all booked out months in advance which makes no sense to me but whatever. I’d only come here if I absolutely had to."
"Service has deteriorated. The Service advisors are inept and inefficient. They sold me an expense service package that should at least provide me with access to priority service. I need to have my valet key replaced; I have made 4 visits with no progress. I am puzzled with their inability to provide accurate and concise information. I would not purchase another Audi from this location."
"The service ain't like it used to be. And they know it because they approach you with excuses like, "It's covid so we are short staffed." I understand that rationale as it relates to wait time, but I don't understand that excuse as justification for subpar work. They gave me a "complimentary" Which used to be my favorite part of the service. But when I got my car back, it looked like something a kid would've done. It's been that way for the past 3 service appointments. It wasn't always like that. Sad..."
"8am appointment took 10 hours to complete - all they did was replace 2 rotors. They lied and didn’t even wash the car like they said they would. $400 labor fee as well for the worst service experience of my life. You’d be better off going anywhere else."
