"I had a flat on my motorcycle and this company was called by my insurance's roadside assistance. Everything fine until, upon arriving at the drop off (the dealership), due to whatever inane reason, their driver dropped my bike, seemingly off the truck, doing *extensive* damage. They equivocated and played it down on the phone when they called to inform me but ultimately, someone agreed to meet me at the dealership the following day. Upon discovering the extent of the damage, rather than stay to arrange payment and alternate transportation for me, he claimed he had to move his truck and left without so much as leaving a number. All of the call center reps suddenly couldn't help me, and I was forced to file a claim with my own insurance. It will be immensely satisfying when they're forced to pay for the thousands of dollars of damage their incompetent driver caused and their cowardly rep avoided, when all I needed was a lift to fix a flat"
