"I left my car on 10/22 for minor body work to be done then tried reaching out to James( owner) for figures to be expected. He gave me the run around without responding. I happened to stop by today 11/04 and my car was parked in their garage uncovered, with no sign of any work to begin soon. He gave no reasonable explanation. I had to call my insurance company to have it reassigned to another shop. My battery was dead and my check engine light was on. There were no internal problems when I left it two weeks ago. I believe they had been driving it because my gas needle was on empty."
