"They are thieves. First time when I visited, they (Shawn and John) are nice to me then they kept asking for more money for different parts and labor. They also said they can’t find the engine wiring harness so they won’t continue fixing it. I couldn’t afford it so I let my car stay there and they just took my dash and almost everything out then let them be exposed to the shine. When I have enough money to “redeem” my “parts” and tow them to another shop. I found they stole my 1.Alternator 2. Power FC ECU 3. BOSE speaker system and the harness 4. Some other harnesses. They also cut most good wires (may because I argued with them on the phone before picking up the car). I won’t deny they can fix some people’s Mazda but they screwed up my car and lied to me and stole my parts as thieves. The other shops I visited in LA said the old Tri Point with the old good boss has gone. Absolutely it is. Be honest please. There is no option for 0 star, if I can, I will rate them 0 star."

"Paid $150 for a pre-purchase inspection (really, a specialty test on a unique vehicle) whose results were supposed to be kept confidential for me as the potential buyer, since i was the one footing the bill. The brilliant tech at this shop, Shawn (sp?), happily charged my card, and then proceeded to give the results AND receipt to the seller without a second thought. And then talked down to me ("you're really grasping at straws here") when I mentioned that the test results would have to be normalized to 1 atm of pressure, etc. Which they do. Which produced borderline acceptable results. That he tried to pass off to me as "the best we've ever seen!" Oh, and they don't even pick up their phone, to boot."

"Good guys, young guys that seem genuinely passionate about their work. Price is not bad/good, it's what I consider fair. They seem to have a fair deal of experience under their belt as they solved a few issues that 3-4 other rotary mechanics weren't able to, and did it within a day or two. Rotary is a dying art, glad these guys are around to save my butt from when I do something stupid."
