"My catalytic converter was stolen from my 2013 Toyota Prius which of course no one ever plans for. I naively thought that cases of catalytic converter thefts had been on the decline but when calling around to shops to find out if they can help me, I was getting quoted months to even a year for replacement which was disheartening to hear since I need my car for work. Luckily my insurance found this shop for me & set up an appointment. Bryan met me & of course cautioned me that it may be difficult tracking down parts since there has been a backlog in the supply chain so that I'd have a realistic timeframe. Then he called around & by some miracle found one that could be sent over same day. He said they could have it installed along with the O2 sensor & coolant & ready for pick up by the next day! They followed through & had my car ready, keeping me informed along the way. Overall, I had a great experience with the staff (including the receptionist). They communicated with me well about everything & got my car back to me fast. They let me know if I had any issues that I don't hesitate & contact them to sort it out. I've had my car back for over a week & so far no issues. Very happy with the experience & would recommend."

The people that work there are very nice and helpful. I received text messages through out the repair to provide me with updates.
