"I was referred by a friend (who also had a great experience here) and I got my timing chain and guides done for my 328i. It was one of the more fairly priced quote for the job so I towed my car from South Orange County for the work. First off, on the phone Fred was patient and nice enough to explain everything that was potentially wrong with my car and issues that may arise in the future.
