"Customer service was great, however, when we got our vehicle back, we had new dents and scratches. It’s incredibly frustrating to leave your car in someone’s care only for it to be returned with additional dents and dings. Additionally, it took two weeks longer than expected, which was also pretty frustrating."

Because my van is wheelchair accesible (has a ramp) and adapted to my needs, I needed a ride back at drop off, as well as at delivery, which they did! "I wish I could give negative stars. This is a terrible location and company. I wish my insurance had never suggested them. They are an insurance scam shop and inflated the quote by thousands. I went to a better shop and it was still $2,500 cheaper even with all the missing parts Fix Auto lost (or stole). Fix Auto lost both my headlight and one tail light among other various parts. Brian, my contact and his supervisor were beyond useless and would not respond to me even though I had photo evidence and video. My accident was hitting a post along the driver side doors in a parking lot, no front or rear damage, but yet those undamaged parts disappeared within a week at Fix Auto's. I wish I had asked friends for a reputable shop earlier. Also Fix Auto Sports Arena automated response was fake, when I called they asked why I was calling and they were not willing to talk to me. Curt the supervisor NEVER called, no one cared about the damage they caused."

"Had an insurance claim I needed worked out. They replaced my condenser and radiator. And they went above and beyond to detail my entire car which I wasn’t expecting and was such a nice touch. I feel like I left with a brand new vehicle! They’re super nice and communicative and did a wonderful job. Thanks Fixit!"

I received updates through text and everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional(Especially the front desk+Oscar).
