"Great experience. Kind of off the beaten path but in a location to really experience a good demo drive. Lauren is super knowledgeable and friendly."
"It seems to be a decent service center. Neat and well-organized, with ample parking space. They seem nice.. just doesn't feel genuine. On first delivery of my car, the guy said to wait a few minutes, as the car is being washed. Then the car shows up, all dusty, like it was parked for weeks. They seem like nice guys, but become a little clueless if you ask them something off script. If you see or have any issues on first delivery, TELL THEM NOW! Else, you'll have to schedule an appointment with them for a later date. Mine had some tiny rock chips, which they touched up. The car has minor panel gaps. Nothing bad, something you'll notice only when you're really scrutinizing it. Everything else was generally good."
"Where we picked up a new Tesla Y! After driving one, I find Teslas to be one fine automobile! And I own a Mercedes Benz E class! Who knew???"
"We went in to have a track package installed on a Plaid. The team was awesome! Helpful, constantly updating us, gave us a loaner car, great experience."
"Was less than impressed with my experience. I was told someone would come out to my car but I had to get out to know if I had been recognized. Second, I was given a loaner and it was much worse than my existing car. My car is 1 month old but giving me a 2019 m3 with 46K miles on it? In my mind I’m wondering if I made the right choice in getting a Tesla at all. I’ve never had such a bad experience with dealership service. I’ll update if it’s any better once I receive my car. So far I’m expecting to receive it back dirtier than I left it. :("
