"$6,000 GONE!!! Do NOT do business with this company!!! They will charge you months later for services NOT rendered to you and then do nothing about it!!!! My wife and I booked transportation from LAX to our hotel back in April. Everything seemed fine, the driver was nice and we got to our destination on time so we decided to book them again to take us back to the airport at the end of our trip. Again all was well and we had nothing but good things to say about this company. Our charges were about $300 which we thought was fair. 2 months later we get 8 SEPARATE CHARGES from them totaling over $6,000!!! We contact them and they tell us there was a mistake and that someone else with the same first initial and same last name booked services but they charged us. They apologized and said they’d rectify the charges and “do something” for the inconvenience. They said they’d send an email detailing our conversation and what they would “do” for us. We understand when reversing charges it could take 5-10 business days but here we are now 2 weeks later. 14 business days later and no refund, also surprise surprise, no email ever came either! When we tried calling them again (which we shouldn’t have had to do) we weren’t able to and haven’t been able to get anyone on the phone! This has impacted us greatly and is wrong!! Please do yourself a favor if you are in the LA area and need transportation, CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!!"

"This company did fine picking us up and delivering us to the Airport but they charge my card twice, that day and the next day. I called them and they said it was an error and that everyone got double charged that day and that they were in the process of refunding the second charges. That was over 4 months ago and despite many attempts to reach them, messages left and emails I sent, they never responded. Today I called my credit card company to open a dispute for a double charge. I will not be using this company again!"

"Fraudulent! This company will rip you off. No complaints on the service, driver was great. However I literally triple charged me for services. Technically they charged me 5 times and when I called them, they said made a mistake with their billing, but never refunded me and then denied my credit dispute. BEWARE."

"Horrible experience. It all started with a bunch of lies. I booked their services by phone to make the process easy, but it turned out to be a nightmare with how they lie. When I booked, I asked if there was a coupon or promo code, and the representative said no. After I booked, I found I could apply a coupon to my order online, and when I called customer service again, his response if you didn’t ask for we could not give it to you. I asked for it, but he denied it. Moving on, I requested a specific Car model for my wedding day, and once I received my confirmation email, I found he had written down something else. I called again, and he said no, you didn’t. On the wedding day, my wife and I were supposed to pop up champagne since it comes with complimentary champagne, but guess what! Another lie… I called after the wedding, and I asked where is the champagne, and he said they must forget. Awful service, and don’t book them"
