"Took my vehicle in for a gas line leak after explaining where I believe it to be and in between the language barrier or just didnt listen barrier. My car was held for 2 days just to be told at 5pm on the second day, no leak was found. I volunteered to come in on the 3rd day to take the mechanic to the gas station to witness the gas line leak. I get there 8:30am on the 3rd day and was rudely told the line leak was found after 5pm on the 2nd day. I did not recieve a call because the person who was working on the car (shop owner) after hours didnt know the name of the person the car belong to. I lost approx $150 to $200 waiting on a diagnosis that came after 2 days charged $110 and was told Im lucky I wasnt charged for them holding my car for 2 nights. What he was able to ascertain real quickly was that I had no oil in my vehicle and that my engine would seize up. Enough said they failed in my book and they lost the $5k that was waiting to be spent on the car had they did what was to be done when you take your car to a mechanic."
