"Very fair and honest. I took my 2009 X5 in after experiencing some brief overheating episodes. They test drove it and the car did not throw a code. Dan was fully transparent and told me “I can’t tell you what it is, and I’m not going to waste your time or money trying to fix it until I know for sure that we can fix it.” I was originally quoted for $140 for that, but he ended up charging me $0. Most mechanics would not do this. Next week, the issue happened again so I took it back in. This time it did throw a code, faulty water pump and thermostat, and Dan quoted me at $1725 for parts and labor. They had the car back to me in less than 5 days and the bill was $1715, right where he said it would be. Definitely recommend coming here because they won’t over charge you or try to rip you off, the service they do is quick and effective and they stand by their quotes."

"After Getting high quotes from other shops to rebuild the engine on my Mercedes 190 Cosworth due to lack of power. I always felt that it was not an engine issue as I know those cars they live long but are very sensitive. Calling Dan at German Motors was the best thing I did. After explaining to him the symptoms over the phone he suspected that it is not the engine. I gave it a shot and drove 1.5 hours to his shop. Few weeks later, car was ready with a fraction of the initial estimate. A Fuel delivery failure and some sensors needed replacement. They did a great job. I test drove the car and I was impressed.
