"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Worst experience! Probably a scam! I locked myself out of my truck (older model) and called for help. I had to pay in full upfront and the ETA was 30-60min. After 60min. I received a call that the tow truck was held up and I will be transferred to a sister company, but I have to wait another 30-60min. I agreed but asked for a discount. The person on the phone immediately got rude. I accepted the additional wait but was begging them to send me a tow truck so I can go home. About 15-20min. the same person called me and told me that he had spoken to his manager, and they can no longer provide a service and I will be refunded in full. Before I was able to talk about it, he hung up on me. I had to call a family member to bring me the second set of keys (took another 60-90min.). While I was waiting a tow truck showed up. The driver said he was sent here to unlock a truck. I told him his manager canceled the service on me and said I would be fully refunded. The driver didn't care and said I will be charged now anyway as he showed up."
