"Very bad service went in for an oil change they did not put all the screws that holds the under guard under the motor so while I was driving on the freeway the guard fell off at first I didn’t know what was going on I thought it was my motor so I pulled over off the freeway. Had to call a tow truck to take me to the shop when the tow truck driver lifted my car he noticed the guard was only hanging on by two screws now I need to have the frame fixed where the guard goes on they also forgot to put back the filter screen that goes on the break fluid dispenser so I will never return to Valvoline so now I had to pay for the tow truck $159.00 and I don’t know how much it’s going to cost to fix the frame where the guard goes attached to very pricey oil change"
