"Made an appointment to have my car inspected. They didn't honor my appointment (that I made the day before) and told me it wasn't a "drive through car place." Yeah.... that's why I made the appointment. Leaving it all day wasn't an option as we arent local to OB, which is why I made the appointment and was told it would only take a few hours. I was happy to wait, but an older guy told me he was too busy. Why make appointments when you aren't going to keep them?? So frustrating and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place."

"Not only did they refuse to work on a car because "it is too hard to work on" but they insulted me as well because they felt challenged. Their shop is really dirty and doesn't look like they take good care of customers cars. If you don't know about cars and are paying $200 for a diagnose, any mechanic may seem like a good mechanic. But Maxoto is not professional."

He spent 20 minutes explaining everything in great detail and set up an appointment for me the next morning. He fixed the issue quickly and the cost was reasonable.
