"We got into a fender bender driving through LA. Yvonne turned what could have been a miserable experience into a pleasant consultation with a great professional! We're from northern California and didn't know anyone in the area, and ended up at Diego's Auto Repair. We had a crumpled fender and a broken headlight, and weren't sure if it was safe to drive the rest of the way home. Yvonne did the vehicle inspection, with a great recommendation for local pupuseria while we waited. We are not car experts, and she clearly explained our options and outlined the risks of driving.
